No, all our products come fully pre-decorated. If you want to customize decorations, contact us and we can walk you through additional options for decoration, most at no additional cost.
Are your ornaments commercial grade?
Yes. Our collections feature commercial-grade construction and shatterproof ornaments designed for professional use.
Do your products include lighting?
Many of our products include professional LED lighting options. Additional LED upgrades are also available for select products including wreaths, garlands, column sprays, and branch displays.
Can collections be customized?
Absolutely. Nearly every collection can be customized with alternate color palettes at no additional cost. Additional charges may apply for complex custom orders.
What colors are available?

Do you offer glitter-free collections?

What are branch displays?
Branch displays are holiday accent pieces featuring glittered sticks, greenery, ornaments, and coordinated seasonal décor. They are professionally designed to instantly add holiday impact to entrances, lobbies, side tables, and more.
Do branch displays come with containers?
Our decorative containers are sold separately. For those wishing to use their own pots, branch displays come pre-arranged in 12” grow pots designed to fit inside decorative containers.
Can I purchase containers from Seasonscapes?
Yes. Seasonscapes now offers decorative containers for branch displays in multiple colors and finishes. Please see our Holiday Look Book for specifics.

Is there a minimum order?
Minimum orders may vary depending on product type and season. Contact our sales team for current wholesale requirements.
Can I order online?
At the present time, orders must be placed by email to orders@seasonscapes.com.
To order via email, send your order as an attachment, not embedded in the email. Please include:

How early should I place my holiday order?
We fulfill orders year-round based on availability with no cutoff date.
However, we strongly recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to ensure the best selection and production availability, especially customized orders.
How quickly do you ship my order?
We generally can ship your order within 5 business days. If we need to arrange an alternate timeline, we will communicate this with you when you place your order.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States and Canada.
How are products packaged?
Products are boxed in either our tree boxes (82” x 24” x 24”) or our garland/wreath
boxes (76” x 16” x36”), labeled, and palletized for shipping via freight.
